When CLE 3.7.1 is installed the password is not cleared out on a failed login attempt

With CLE 3.7.1 installed on the workstation, when a user boots up and reaches the "Logon to this computer screen" and enters an incorrect password, that user will get the "invalid password" message but after clicking OK and returning to the "Logon to this computer screen", the password field will still be filled with the incorrect password instead of being cleared out.


A fix is available in an internal patch. Contact Novell Technical Services for access to that patch.
