CPU High Utilization on GroupWise Post Office Agent running Windows 2008 Server R2 on VMware

High Utilization on POA on Windows 2008 Server R2 on VMware

Resolution

Shut down the Post Office Agent and perform a File Copy to check if the utilization increases. If it does, commit the snapshot for the VMware. Please visit http://www.vmware.com for instructions on commiting the snapshots.
