Situation
Trying to print a document in Adobe 8 or 9 to a network drive
mapped via NCP fails to auto-open the document once it's written
out the PDF file. Any Office application (OpenOffice or
MS Office) when printing a page in a document will create a PDF
file using the PDF driver when Adobe is installed. When
you print to a network drive via NCP, it will create and write data
to the PDF file and then immediately try to open the document in
Adobe. The file does get created and you are able to open
the PDF document from the network drive after a few seconds.
