Novell GroupWise client 8 Support Pack 2 Hot Patch 2

Situation

GroupWise Client Crashing on GWWWW1.dll
Removing GroupWise client and running the CleanIt utility does not resolve the issue.

Additional Information

Disabling search indexing in Windows 7 is a workaround to resolve the issue. To do so, please follow the steps below:
  1. Launch Services.msc
  2. Locate the Windows Search service in the list of services.
  3. Right click the service and choose Properties.
  4. In the startup type drop down box, choose the Disabled option.
  5. Reboot the Workstation.
