Situation
- Ever so often users can not login to WebAccess.
- WebAccess returns error: "WebAcess Agent is busy".
- A "WebAcess Agent is busy" error can be seen repeatedly in the WebAccess Application logs.
- Logging into the WebAccess Agent's web or HTTP console, on the status page, it can be seen in the C/S Users row, under the Busy column, a "-4" is seen.
- Examining logs from the WebAccess Agent, during the time frame of the error, it is noticed that no logging on the WebAccess Agent took place.
- Restarting the server during the time of the problem, when
configured to collect core dumps, generates core dumps.
Resolution
This issue has been fixed in GroupWise 8.0.2 hp3
