Situation
When deleting a device the command errors out.
The command used to remove the device:
zlman sd The/Context/Of/The/Device
Error: "Fatal Error: The operation could not be performed because the object "GUID-Of-Device" was moved too recently. Try again later."
The object has not been moved recently.

Resolution
Check and fix the following in eDirectory:
1- Check to see that time is in sync on the eDirectory servers.
2- Check to see that the eDirectory replicas are in sync.
3- Check for stuck obituaries that are not processing.
Once the above items are fixed the device removal process should work.
