"Enter the printer name in a valid format" when trying to create Printer Policy for HTTP printer that uses CUPS

Situation

Trying to enter a printer Name/Location in the format http://server:631/printers/printername

The wizard cannot continue for the following reason(s):
Enter the printer name in a valid format.


Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Cause

The printer policy is expecting the URL in the format http://server:631/printers/printername/.printer, which is not acceptable for a CUPS printer
