Situation
When Remote Controlling or Remote Viewing a 64-bit device, screen
refresh is very slow
WinVNCApp.log (see KB 3418069 How to enable debug logging for ZENworks 10 and 11 Configuration Management for details of how to enable this log) shows
No 'Mirage Driver' or 'DemoForge Mirage Driver' found.
or
PLEASE INSTALL NEWER VERSION OF MIRAGE DRIVER!
