Situation
Starting the provisioning wizard in YaST returns: "DSfW is not configured. Select the OES install and configuration option in YAST to configure."
If running the wizard from the command line the error is;
"WARN: continuinable parsing error 37 and column 59"
Resolution
The container were the domain is mapped to was not partitioned.
The /var/log/YaST/y2log will show the following if the container is not partitioned (search for ndsdcinit.pl):

Cleaning up the tree and start with a new install. Follow KB 7005431 to clean up the tree and start with a fresh install then follow KB 7002172 for preparing for the install. Be sure the partition the container where the domain is being mapped.
Additional Information
KB 7000122 can be followed and the install started over on the same server, but for best results start with a new install.
