WebAccess does not sort address book entry properly

Situation

When sorting address book entries in "To" field, it does not display properly.

Resolution

Workaround : 

Login to WebAccess and click on Options | General | Selected Books | Move it as  Frequent Contacts | Personal Address book | GroupWise Address Book and save it. It will display all contacts entry in Personal address book and Frequent Contacts.

Steps to duplicate :
 
  1. Create addresses in Personal Address book and Frequent Contacts as mentioned below as an example:
    Personal address book : test@abc.com, test@pqr.com
    Frequent Contacts : test@mn.com, test@gmail.com, test@novell.com
  2. Login to WebAccess and click on Options | General | Selected Books | Move it as Personal Address book | Frequent Contacts | GroupWise Address Book and save it. Click on New | Mail | In "To" field scroll for users with same name (eg:test@abc.com,test@pqr.com,test@novell.com) . It will display only Personal address book contacts with name test@domainname.
  3. Click on Options | General | Selected Books | Move it as  Frequent Contacts | Personal Address book | GroupWise Address Book and save it. Click on New | Mail | In "To" field scroll for users with same name (eg:test@abc.com,test@pqr.com,test@novell.com) . It will display all contacts in Personal address book and Frequent Contacts with name test@domainname.
