ZCC hangs when logging in as an Admin created with an eDirectory user

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management ZENworks Control Center - ZCC

Situation

ZCC hangs after being idle for over 10 minutes when you are logged in as an admin created using an eDirectory user source

Resolution

This is resolved when upgrading to version 11.1. However, there is no known code change that resolved it.
 
Workaround: Login to ZCC as the zone administrator or an admin created that is not based on an eDirectory user source.
