ERROR: "Source Routing Not Allowed" when sending mails to Personal Group

Unable to send email to Personal Group from Client

 

When an HTML email is sent with a picture, the MIME is generated by the Client. When the Client generates the MIME, the To field is populated with the Group Name in the MIME. McAfee Sidewinder gives an Error if the To Field has a Group Name in it though it is according to the RFC Specifications

 

Apply GroupWise 8 Support Pack 3 Client or later. With GroupWise 8 Support Pack 3 Client or later, the To field does not contain the Group Name. GroupWise 8 Support Pack 3 or later can be downloaded from https://download.novell.com/patch/finder

Allow McAfee Sidewinder to accept the "To" field with Group Names in it
