Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management
After installing ZENworks 11, agents randomly reboot due to Anti virus conflict with ZESM agent self defense.
Workaround: Try excluding the following from agent realtime scan:
In 11.2 and later, try disabling client self defense. This new feature is available at Zone, folder or individual device settings: ZENworks Agent / Agent Security / Enable self defense for the ZENworks Adaptive Agent
If the ZESM spoke is enabled, try setting a security policy to disable client self defense.
If the ZESM spoke is unlicensed or disabled, contact NTS for a way to disable client self defense.
