'[All]' Folder is shown in ZENworks Application (NAL) window for a while, then disappears

Environment

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Bundles
Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1 Bundles

Situation

ZENworks Explorer Configuration Policy configured with "Start the ZENworks Explorer with the 'All Folder' displayed" set to "No"

ZENworks Application Window (NALWIN) launched immediately upon login

the "[All]" folder is displayed in the window

"[All]" folder disappears when a refresh is triggered

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.2 - see KB 7010044 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Workaround: add an Delay action as the first action in the Launch Action set - make it about 10 seconds delay
