How to run QuickFinder Index through Post office Web Console

To run QuickFinder Index through Post Office Web Console on entire post office or for a specific user


Corrective Steps:

  1. Launch Consoleone.
  2. Right click on the POA and click on Properties
  3. Click on GroupWise | Agent Settings and Enable Http, enter user name and password, click Apply and OK.
  4. Launch the web browser enter http://IP_Address_of_Pos_Office_Server:7181
  5. Click on Configuration link and click on QuickFinder Indexing and Enable QuickFinder Indexing.

Select the appropriate options for QuickFinder Indexing as needed.
