Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3

Situation

If the User ID entered into Client 2 for Windows 7 contains a period in the user name itself, a ZCM login prompt will appear with a slash character escaping the period.
The slash needs to be removed before ZCM authentication can proceed.
