Situation

Default signature not added in auto-reply rules

Resolution

This has been fixed in GroupWise 2012. Please download and update the GroupWise System and the clients to GroupWise 2012. Latest Support Pack of GroupWise 2012 can be downloaded from https://download.novell.com/patch/finder

Additional Information

Steps To Duplicate:
  1. In the GroupWise client, select Tools | Options | Environment | Signature Tab
  2. Create a personal signature and select the radial button to 'Automatically Add' then save and exit Options
  3. Create an auto-reply rule to respond to external e-mail addresses
  4. Test the rule by sending a mail message from an external account to the GroupWise account
  5. When the auto-reply e-mail is received, the personal signature will not be included
