ZCM 10.2.1 system update download not properly setting tables

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Database

Situation

There was a situation where the system update was not properly updating the DB with information
 
if the connection to the database was a reset or communication problem during the content import process.  The external content import process detected the problem, logged the message

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
