'System could not find the phone book entry' Message Causing Internet Email from being sent Out

GroupWise Internet Agent

Situation

The GroupWise Internet Agent (GWIA) will not send out email due to the following message:

The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection.

Resolution

'Enable dialup' was marked in ConsoleOne GWIA Properties | SMTP/MIME Dial-up Settings.  Unmarking this setting, exiting and restart the GWIA resolves the issue.
