Situation
When retracting scheduled appointments from all mailboxes, if the "Delete and Empty" option is selected and a retraction comment is added, the retraction comment will not be visible in the retraction notification e-mail.
Resolution
To workaround this issue, use the Delete option to first retract the appointment from all mailboxes with a retraction comment. Once retracted, then empty the selected item from the trash.
