Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Remote Management
Situation
When using remote control with an external key pair and certificate and then launching another remote control session the path is missing the slash.
On the first remote session the following path for the private key and certificate is entered:
H:\RemoteCert.pfx
On launching another session the path for the private key that is presented is the following:
H:RemoteCert.pfx
The path fails as the backslash is not there.

The path fails as the backslash is not there.
Resolution
Workaround: Manually put the backslash in the path.
