Environment

Novell ZENworks 7.3 Linux Management - ZLM7.3

Situation

When the output from rug is redirected, e.g.,
rug lu -t patch &>/tmp/rugpatchredirectall.txt
patches that require a reboot do not appear in the listing

Resolution

This is fixed in ZLM 7.3 Interim Release 4 - see TID 7003346"Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.3 Linux Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
