This TID contains a summary of the fixes that are intended to be applied on Novell ZENworks Patch Management Server 6.4 SP2 Update 2.

Introduction
Updates released by Novell are designed for ZPM Update Server but may update other components as they are required. Updates include any previous released items, excluding Service Packs and Patches. Any future release will include these Updates.
Notes:
- It is recommended that updates be tested before entering production environments.
- Updates cannot be uninstalled via Add/Remove Programs.

Resolution
How do I obtain Update 4?
Apply the following patch: B - Novell ZENworks Patch Management Server 6.4 Service Pack 2 Update 4 (Manual Install) (See Notes)
How will I know if this patch is applied successfully?
There are two main ways to find out if this has been applied successfully.- Add/Remove Programs entry will be present, but it will not be able to be uninstalled. This entry will also show in the inventory of the Update Agent
- The Product Version will change in the Web UI under About and Options > Support to 6.4.2.1591
Where are the installation logs placed during execution?
The installer will create a log at %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Novell\Logs\Novell ZENworks Patch Management 6.4 SP2 Update 4
Additional Information
This update will delete your mandatory baseline, and your deployment history. This is because of the changes to the underlying architecture needed for Novell ZPM's New Content Architecture (see TID 7004841)
