ERROR from satellite server:
Error: no Parent server available for collection upload: Error: no Parent server available for collection upload
Check zmd-messages.log (when logging level is set to debug, see TID 3418069 How to enable debug logging for ZENworks 10 and 11 Configuration Management ) on satellite for more specific reasons for the failure to connect to parent primary on port 80 (server down, connection timeout, server busy etc.).
Determine whether inventory is updated in ZCC (meaning that the errors were transient).
In most cases the upload does complete after retries, but if necessary check the services-messages.log on the parent primary to determine if it is overloaded, non responsive or having errors. Consider setting a rollup schedule for after hours or during non-peak times for the parent primary. If there is more than one parent primary in the zone and multiple satellites, don't set all satellites to same parent, and consider different rollup schedule times for different satellites.
If the satellite server can't connect with the parent primary, it will throw this error. It will wait 5 minutes and retry.
