LAG with timezone set to Buenos Aires Argentina fails to import to admin console

If during the installation of a LAG (3.1 SP2) the timezone is set to "Americas/Argentina/Buenos Aires" the server will fail to import.
If instead of "Americas/Argentina/Buenos Aires" the timezone "Americas/Buenos Aires" is selected the import works fine.



Fixed with Access Manager 3.1 SP3
The admin console time-zone list has been extended to include the missing time zones.
It now matches the current sles11 time zone list.
