Situation
Webaccess crash on I.E 8 using scroll bar.
Resolution
Resolution
- Open I.E 8 Browser. Go to Tools | Internet Options.
- A Internet Options dialog will open. Go to Advanced.
- In Browsing section uncheck the last option "Use smooth scrolling"
- Click OK to save changes. Close Browser.
- Open Browser login to webaccess & try to scroll down.
- This time it will not crash I.E 8. It will scroll down & display mails.
