Replies to mailbox messages appear to be posted messages using the Simple Mail form

When replying to a message from the mailbox, the view is the Simple View and the reply appears as a posted message

The reason for this is that the mailbox folder was shared with one or more users.  Remove the share on the mailbox folder and the reply messages will once again appear as they should.
