Workflow email notifications do not include text

Workflow Email notifications that were setup to include some text entered for that workflow email notification in the Workflow designer are sent without the additional text. For example, you set up a workflow notification on entry to "State 1" with the text "We are entering State 1". When this workflow notification is sent, it does not include the text "We are entering State 1".

This issue was identified and fixed as part of the Novell Vibe OnPrem 3.0 Hot Patch 1 (and later).
