Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 (OES 2) Linux Support Pack 3
Situation
When trying to salvage a file you get the following error "There is
no more available disk space to salvage the file"
In the /var/opt/novell/log/ncpserv.log you will see the following error
You may also see the following in /var/log/messages
In the /var/opt/novell/log/ncpserv.log you will see the following error
[! 2011-03-15 07:03:26] znssSalvageDeletedFile: zRootKey failed with rc=20001
You may also see the following in /var/log/messages
Mar 15 07:03:26 server01 kernel: Couldn't get FDN from LUM for uid=501, rc=2
Mar 15 07:03:26 server01 kernel: **** GetLinuxConnectionNSS(Exit - Not found)
Resolution
Fixed in the March 2011 OES 2 patches (NCP).
