Situation
Symptoms:
GroupWise WebAccess Login Screen flickers or refreshes over and over again after an upgrade
Change:
Upgraded from GroupWise 7 WebAccess to GroupWise 8 Multi Lingual WebAccess
Resolution
Delete Cookies and Temporary Internet files from the Workstation Internet Explorer browser
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools | Internet Options .
- Under Browsing History , click Delete...
- Uncheck everything except Cookies and Temporary Internet files .
- Click Delete .
- Click OK .
