Situation
The filename of an attachment contains special characters.
The mail has been send from a MAC.
Example:
the file name should be: add_wuecast_logäöüe ß.txt
but is displayed as: =?"utf-9??add_wuecast_logäöüe ß.txt?=

Resolution
Further research showed that the sender's client is writing the information incorrect. Using a different client solved the problem.
