Unable to recover a deleted GroupWise account

Situation

A delete user can not be recovered with ConsoleOne. The following error will be displayed:
ERROR: An error occurred modifying an attribute value attribute_not_defined.

The user is not recovered.

Resolution

Please contact Novell Support. There is a attribute on a record that need to be removed manually from the restored wpdomain.db file.

The root cause of the problem is solved with GroupWise 12 and later.
