iFolder client login issues after updating iFolder server.

Situation

OES was upgraded to a different service pack (for example from OES2 SP1 to OES2 SP2). This process also upgrades iFolder versions from 3.7 to 3.8. Now when trying to connect using the client, you may experience login issues.

Resolution

Upgrade the iFolder client to the same version level as the server is running. For example: using an older client version such as 3.7 on a 3.8 server is not supported.





*note* current version of iFolder as of 3/4/2011 is 3.8.4

NOTE:  Using a version of the iFolder client different from the server version is NOT supported unless otherwise directed.
