Situation

Duplicate Appointments on Device with the suffix Delegated on the Device
Delegation causes duplicate appointments on the Device

Resolution

Please upgrade to Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2.3 or later. Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2.3 or later can be downloaded from https://download.novell.com/patch/finder

Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:
  1. Send an appointment to a GroupWise User who is also a Mobility User.
  2. Login as that user on GroupWise Client and accept the Appointment.
  3. On the Device, confirm that the appointment shows in the Calendar.
  4. Now from GroupWise Client, delegate the Appointment to some one else keeping the original item.
  5. Check Device and there will be 2 appoitments. Main Appointment and the an other appointment at the same date/time with suffix Delegated. Example:
    subject1
    subject 1 - Delegated
