Shared addressbook not visible when user is on a different PostOffice

Environment

Novell GroupWise 8
Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2

Situation

User has shared address book to user on a different PO, but this user never sees the shared address book.
The user that should receive the shared address book, can see the address book in his client under contacts, but this is empty.
The administrator of the receiving PO receives many message with a D12A, both in the POA-log as in separate  mails.
The owner of the address book added the column "Mailing ZIP" to the available columns.

Resolution

This will be resolved in post  GroupWise 8 Support Pack 2 Hotpatch 2 modules.

Run GWCheck (user only, with content and structure, in separate passes) on the problem user.

If the GWCheck does not resolve the issue, please contact Novell Support to fix the content of the user database manually, as the new modules only prevent it from happening, but does not resolve an. existing issue.
