Error sending files to a compressed folder

Situation

When attempting to send files located on a Novell share to a compressed folder (right click with several files highlighted and select “Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder), the operation fails and an error is displayed:
Compressed (zipped) Folders Error
The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted.
As a result, the zip file is never created, or a zip file containing only the first file is created.

This probem occurs only when setting the Novell Client property Advanced Setting of "File Caching" to "Of" from the default setting of "On."

Resolution

Fixed in Novell Client 2 SP1 for Windows (IR5) or later.
