Situation
A workstation is joined to the forest domain.
A user in the forest or child domain accesses a samba share in a child domain by using either the domain
name (dns notation) or the domain controller name (dns notation).
After approximately 10 hours authentication is requested when the cross domain share is being accessed.
/var/log/samba/log.wb-DOMAIN shows "Key table Entry not found"
wbinfo -n domainname\\user is also failing at this stage.

Resolution
Apply the August 2011 Maintenance Patch or later to resolve this issue.
