Calendar Host Publisher requires the Novell Client to be installed

The Calendar Host Publisher install routine requires that the Novell client be installed before the install will complete.  There isn't anything in the Calendar Host Publisher install that should be dependent on the Novell client but doing the install without it's presence results in the following errors:

 

Unable to load the resource DLL c:\groupwise\internet\calhost\webEN.dll

 

clicking on Ok at that error starts the install and it progresses a bit farther and then presents this error:

 

setup failed to run installation (0x80040702)

 

The only option at that point is to cancel the install.
