Mails moved from mailbox to tasklist in the GW client does not reflect in the device

Environment

Novell Data Synchronizer 1.2.x
Novell GroupWise 8
Novell GroupWise 2012

Situation

Mails moved from mailbox to Tasklist in the GW client does not reflect in the device
Mails do not get moved on the device when moved from a folder to Tasklist folder using GroupWise Client

Resolution

Tasks are in preview feature in Mobility.  However, mails moved to Tasklist stay on the device in the original location.
This is planned to be fixed in the next upcoming release Mobility 2.0

Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Login as a user in GroupWise Client.
  2. Move an email from mailbox to Tasklist.
  3. Email is no longer in Mailbox in GroupWise client.
  4. Check on the Device and Email is still showing in the device Mailbox or in the original location.

If an email is moved to a cabinet folder, not tasklist, it no longer shows that email on the Device's Mailbox. Moved email is synced successfully.
If the email is changed to a Task item, in the Tasklist (Checklist) folder, it will still be on the Device.
