Additional Information

It is possible to populate a Dynamic Group based on a device's IP address. The IP address is collected from the inventory scan information. This means that the population of the Dynamic Group is dependent on the inventory scan schedule and is therefore not frequent enough for a dynamic group to be reliably populated.

In version 10.3.2 this has been modified so that the IP address is now collected from the device refresh information and is therefore more accurate.
The Dynamic Group filters have been modified so that any attribute prefixed with "Device -" are collected from device refresh data and attributes prefixed with "Inventory -" are collected from device inventory data.

It must be noted that Dynamic Group memberships are calculated every 24 hours. A manual calculation can be forced within the ZENworks Control Center or the "zman dynamic-group" command set.
