Situation
Unable to use MDM solution against Data Synchronizer.
When setting up user/device in the MDM solution, "Forbidden, Not a Mobile Device" Error is encountered.

Resolution
A workaround code fix is available, however, Novell does not believe the problems is in Data Synchronizer, but in AirWatchMDM.

Cause
The credentials being passed by AirWatchMDM are not being validated. Microsoft Exchange 2007 returns the error, just as Data Synchronizer does, when valid credentials are missing the URI. The URI that should be passed is "Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync", and AirWatch MDM is not passing this.

It is not currently known if there is a patch to correct this behavior in AirWatchMDM
