Situation
Duplicate folders on HTC Android Devices
Deleting the device from Web Admin without removing the account from the Device and device connecting again causes duplicate folders on the HTC Incredible/HTC EVO 4G
Reinitializing the user from Web Admin causes duplicate folders on some HTC Android Devices if the Device reconnects again without deleting the account and adding account on the Device

ERROR: "Sorry! The application Mail (process com.htc.android.mail) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. Force close" when the account is reinitialized on the server or if the server is deleted and reinstalled and the device connects without the account being removed and added on HTC Devices
Resolution
Novell Technical Services is still trying to determine if this is a device issue or a server issue.
Workaround Steps:
Delete the account on device and re-add the account
