ZRSUninstall is too slow and appears hung

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Business Objects Reporting
Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management

Situation

Uninstalling ZRS 10.3 from ZENworks 11 primary server can take hours, and may appear hung.
 
Note the gap of time in the uninstall log (debug showing):

Resolution

A fix for this issue is included in ZENworks Reporting Server 11 which includes a new  Business Objects installer/uninstaller.  The time to uninstall should be faster, but do anticipate minimum of 30 minutes.
 
Workaround:  Wait for it to complete.  Interrupting the process can cause partial uninstall so that the ZRSUninstall will later fail and manual cleanup will be required.
