ZSM silent install does not create distributor nor subscriber objects

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Server Management Support Pack 1 - ZSM7 SP1

Situation

When using silent install (setup.exe /U-response file) ZEN distributor and subscriber objects are not created.

Resolution

Silent install is not supported for ZENworks server management version 7.  Ignore any TIDs that refer to it.
