Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 Interim Release 4 Hot Patch 2- ZDM7 SP1 IR4 HP 2 Application Launcher (NAL)

Situation

Non-ascii chars in username cause shortcuts and environment variable issues within NAL
