DLU not working on Citrix Xenapp 4.5

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Authentication
ZENworks Dynamic Local User - DLU
Windows 2003 server
Citrix Xenapp 4.5

Situation

DLU not working on Citrix Xenapp 4.5
 
DLU not applying when logging in directly to the Windows server.

Resolution

Workaround:
 
  1. Ensure that the user logging into the server is available in the User Source contexts in ZCC.
  2. Ensure that the Allow Passive Login Mode on the server is set in the registry.
    HKLM\Software\Novell\ ZENworks\ZenLgn\AllowPassiveModeLoginOnServers DWORD, Value=1
