Situation
ZENworks Desktop Management policy migrated a second time overwriting the ZENworks Configuration Management policy previously created with the migration wizard.
Depending on the last policy content & version in the ZENworks Configuration Management zone, the policy might apply the previous content from before the ZENworks Desktop Management policy got remigrated.

Up to ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.2 the migration wizard always creates policies with version 0. Policy changes are only reliably effective on managed devices, if the policy version gets increased.
The fix is that the migration wizard reads the current policy version in the ZENworks Configuration Management zone and recreates the policy with a version incremented by 1.
