Situation

In ZCM 10.3.0 and prior, bundles may a very long time to appear in the NAL Window due to the time it takes to process all of the System Requirements.
In ZCM 10.3.1 and 11.0, the logon may appear to hang while the system requirements are evaluated unless the following registry key is set:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Novell\ZCM]
"ZENLoginUserRefreshAsync"="TRUE".  
 
If "ZENLoginUserRefreshAsync"="TRUE" is set then the delay behavior seen in ZCM 10.3.0 and prior will be exhibited.

Resolution

As a workaround, remove any unnecessary system requirements.
OS System Requirements in Migrated ZENworks Desktop Management bundles can often be removed.
