Additional Information
The LDAP user source suffered intermittent or transient errors that
made it appear that an object has been deleted when it hadn't.
Example: ZCM was set up to point to an eDirectory LDAP source. eDirectory suffered a problem that meant that ZCM could connect, authenticate and bind correctly but would not find any objects. ZCM then assumed that all of those objects had been deleted and deleted every single association.
