Situation
Running a Local product query also is listing the deleted local
products
Resolution
A fix for this issue is included in ZENworks 11, see TID 7006995"ZENworks 11 - information and updates" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
This is fixed in version 10.3.2 - see KB 7007237 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
The Product Search and Component Search snapshots accessible
from the Configuration> Asset Inventory menu,
should not list deleted products and deleted components
respectively. Neither isDeleted column is accessible from the
drop-down lists of available search criteria making a workaround
not possible.
Cause of problem:
The filter did not include the necessary "where" clause to filter deleted products and components.
How it was fixed:
Added the appropriate filter objects to exclude deleted products and deleted components respectively
